A Wedding on the Conrad
Mansion grounds is an
event to
remember for any fortunate bride. Many beautiful and moving
ceremonies
have been performed here, as well as lovely receptions. 
Three large lawn spaces can accommodate
ceremony, reception,
or both. The gazebo is available for serving, music, or for the
ceremony
itself. Many beautiful backgrounds provide excellent photo
opportunities
as well, from the fine architectural features of the home to views of
the
majestic Swan Range.
The
mansion staff will see to it that the
lawns are groomed,
the sprinklers are turned off, and the electricity to the gazebo is
turned
on. The grounds are available for the wedding rehearsal, and
rest rooms
are conveniently available
across the street in Heritage Park.
In turn, we request that the wedding and
reception be
over by dark, that the grounds are picked up, and that alcohol not be
sold
on the premises. There is no reserved parking, and no parking in
the fire lane
except for pick-up and
delivery.
The Conrad Mansion charges a fee of $500.00
per event,
with a $250 non-refundable deposit due at the time of the
reservation.
The balance is due a month in advance of the event. Fee (except
deposit)
will be refunded in case of inclement weather.
