The Conrad Mansion Museum seeks to fill the position of Executive Assistant described below by January 31, 2018.

The Executive Assistant (EA) reports to the Executive Director (ED) and is chiefly responsible for the administration of daily operations and facilities management of the Conrad Mansion Museum. The EA provides support for Museum Docents, Office and Maintenance Staff, and assists the ED in implementing plans for marketing, development, community outreach, special events and fundraising.

Essential Functions (Job Duties)
•Reservations, scheduling, and staffing for Museum tours and activities •Telephone, email and mail processing •Bill pay and record-keeping •Supplies inventory management •Security system maintenance and emergency response •Preservation of Museum facility, property, and inventory •IT support, office equipment upkeep, contract services with outside vendors •Donor/Member database, communications, renewals •Administrative documents and forms management •Gift shop inventory, supplies, vendor records, consignments •Museum website and local and social media oversight (per ED) •Assist ED as directed with fundraising, marketing, membership outreach, special events •Assist ED as directed with Staff and Board meeting preparation and reports

•Part-time, hourly, non-exempt employee •Part-time: approximately 20-30 hours/week, some evening and weekend hours •Must present a professional appearance at all times •Must be able to communicate thoughtfully with the general public and other employees •Must be able to work with and consistently meet deadlines, budgets, and work on several projects simultaneously; •Occasional small lifting and frequent use of stairs (there is no elevator at the Mansion)
The EA will be working mostly indoors, but may occasionally be required to participate in activities outdoors on the Museum grounds or at fundraising events, in all types of weather.
